Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring that we attract and onboard the best candidates for various roles. Your primary focus will be sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while maintaining a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
  

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  

• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  

• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
  

• Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best recruitment practices.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  

• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Experience in technical recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).
