Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job roles and visa requirements. Proven expertise in hiring for roles in sectors like Construction, Oil & Gas, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc. Excellent sourcing skills using job portals like Naukri Gulf, Monster Gulf, and LinkedIn. Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
