Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter (Overseas / Middle East Recruitment) Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in Overseas or Middle East recruitment) Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles Understand job descriptions, client requirements, and source relevant candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and references. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job roles and visa requirements. Proven expertise in hiring for roles in sectors like Construction, Oil & Gas, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc. Excellent sourcing skills using job portals like Naukri Gulf, Monster Gulf, and LinkedIn. Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
