Job description As the Recreation Manager at Fazlani Natures Nest, you will be responsible for overseeing all recreational activities and facilities, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for guests. Your role involves developing and implementing recreation programs, managing recreational staff, and maintaining the resorts recreational amenities to the highest standards. With your creativity, leadership skills, and passion for guest satisfaction, you will contribute to creating unforgettable leisure experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: 1. Recreation Program Development: - Develop, plan, and implement a diverse range of recreational activities and programs for guests of all ages and interests. - Create innovative and engaging activities, events, and classes to enhance the guest experience and promote participation. - Collaborate with other departments to integrate recreational activities into overall guest offerings and promotions. 3. Guest Engagement: - Interact with guests to understand their recreational preferences and interests, and tailor programs accordingly. - Promote recreational activities and facilities to guests through various channels, including signage, social media, and direct communication. - Solicit feedback from guests to continually improve and enhance recreational offerings based on their preferences and suggestions. 4. Facilities Management: - Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of recreational facilities, including pools, fitness centers, sports courts, and activity areas. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety compliance and address any maintenance issues promptly. - Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to schedule repairs, upgrades, and renovations as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, or related field. - Previous experience in recreational management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Knowledge of recreational programming, event planning, and facility management. - Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding preferred.
