Job Description:

Datta Finance and Trading Pvt Ltd, a leading NBFC specializing in personal loans, is looking for a dedicated Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering overdue payments from clients, maintaining professional relationships, and ensuring timely collections to support the company’s financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, SMS, or in person to follow up on overdue payments.
• Visit clients’ locations for on-ground collection activities.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settle outstanding dues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
• Monitor overdue accounts and escalate cases as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during collection processes.
• Build and maintain good rapport with clients to facilitate smooth collections.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or similar roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping.
• Responsible, disciplined, and target-driven attitude.
