Job Summary

Eligibility

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Accounts/Finance graduation - B.COM, M.COM or similar (Preferred)

Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Job Description

5+ years of experience in FnA - RTR activities

Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals (e.g. Revenue Recognition), Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team

Training team members

Daily reporting, continuous improvement

Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

Interaction with the client - Governance calls

SLA adherence

Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred

Resource Specification

100% WFO (work from office)

Willing to work in night and rotational shifts

AR experience required

Customer service skills

Well-organized and proactive

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally

Good listening skills

Ability to work independently

Tracking budget expenses

Attention to detail

Maintains healthy vendor relationships

PC proficiency

Data entry skills

General math skills

Knowledge/Experience

Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet, Month close, tech, tools

Complex Accounting

Project experience on Process Improvements

Excellent communication skills
