What would you do? The M&A Finance and Integration team is looking for an individual who will work closely with Finance team stakeholders to understand M&A and Divestiture post-deal integration requirements, define a project plan, and monitor progress against milestones across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will work closely with the M&A Finance project head to ensure complex transactions have framework and governance in place to promote alignment amongst the finance organization.
What are we looking for? Develop a working knowledge of the financial systems and related business processes to facilitate integration planning and execution. Build out Google slide decks that clearly documents end-to-end states, highlighting key decision points, impacted workstreams/stakeholders, and timelines. Document meeting notes including talking points, next steps, and stakeholders accountable for follow up communication. Build out RACIs, timelines,milestones and detailed plans to track against target dates. Set up comprehensive templates/plans to be leveraged cross-departmentally. Draft meeting agendas and status updates. Creates “Kick-off” , “All Hands” Meeting Decks. Plan and occasionally lead meetings across multiple stakeholders. Follow up with stakeholders to complete tasks, reach out if there are any at risk/overdue deliverables. Proficiency with G-suite like G-drive, G-doc. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Self motivated and Initiative driven. Detail Oriented. Strong project management and organizational skills. Basic understanding of back office (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) functions, concepts, and processes. Working knowledge / experience of Oracle, HFM and TM1 reporting will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
