Role: Reconciliation Analyst

Experience: 3- 5 Years

Location: Hyderabad, Pune

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days

Mandatory Skills: Recon process(cash & positions), Data Analysis, Reconciliation.

• Performing reconciliation for Medium complex accounts resolving breaks and working with internal teams as well as external parties
• Understanding of following concepts is a must Market Value Reconciliations SSIs Trade Life Cycle and OTC Derivatives
• Products like Interest Rate Swaps Credit Default Swaps Currency Swaps Total Return Swaps Forward FX NonDeliverable Forwards etc
• This role requires hands on experience of working on different types of cash position breaks
• Indepth understanding of various financial instruments and working knowledge of them An basic understanding of the portfoliofund accounting is required
• Identify and resolve issues associated with client data trade breaks reconciliation breaks timely trade settlement failed trades SSI updates
• Prepare reports and maintain controls in alignment with internal policies and clients needs
• Interface with internal and external teams including senior operations staff IT team Trade Support custodians portfolio managers to obtain information and resolve problems
• Further strengthen relationships with internal and external personnel including senior operations members
• IT team custodians andor industry contacts to educate seek direction obtain information and resolve problems
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounts appropriate research on breaks along with a detailed understanding of inputs dependencies and data flow
• Develop understanding of Principal Global Investors products team procedures and clients needs through selfinitiated research participation in available training programs and involvement in ongoing investment activities
• Maintain and expand upon comprehensive understanding of Principal Global Investors products team procedures client needs financial markets and more granular security and asset class data and sensitivities through selfinitiated research participation in available training programs
• With knowledge proactively employ better more efficient ways to resolve breaks
