Job Description

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Maintain records of visitors and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Provide general administrative support to various departments.
Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries, providing product/service information.
Make outbound calls to potential clients, leads, or follow-ups as required.
