About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and confident Receptionist to be the first face and voice of our company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front-desk operations, greet visitors warmly, manage calls efficiently, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Maintain visitor records and office front area
• Coordinate courier services, meeting room bookings, and refreshments
• Assist HR/Administration with basic office management tasks
• Manage appointments and schedules for senior staff when required

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.)
• Prior experience in front office or admin roles preferred
