Job Title: Inside Sales / Telemarketing Executive Location: Vimannagar Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 years Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Leader Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Telemarketing Executive to support our sales team in driving revenue through effective client engagement, timely follow-ups, and proactive lead generation. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, sending quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and following up on payments. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and social media outreach. Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos for field sales teams if required. Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with existing and potential clients to nurture relationships and explore new business opportunities. Address client queries and ensure timely resolution in coordination with internal departments. Quotation Release: Prepare and share accurate quotations with clients based on their requirements. Follow up on sent quotations to convert leads into orders. Payment Follow-Up: Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients for timely settlement. Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing and payment-related queries. CRM Management: Update and maintain records of client interactions, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports and updates for management review. Key Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Good negotiation and persuasion skills Time management and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment English Fluency Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,251.90 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 16/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
