The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical duties, ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining a welcoming environment. ______________ Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed. Manage the office's front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized. Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain the company calendar. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Perform basic administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry. Coordinate and assist with any office events or meetings. Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner. Ensure security procedures are followed, such as logging visitors and issuing guest badges. Assist other departments with administrative support as required. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies. ______________ Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus). Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently.
