Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Sales Executive to assist walk-in customers with bike accessories and services. The role involves recommending suitable products, handling billing, and ensuring customer satisfaction both in-store and through follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom Explain features and benefits of various bike accessories and service packages Recommend products based on customer needs and bike model Upsell premium accessories, safety gear, and servicing packages Create job cards, collect customer information, and process billing Manage product display, restocking, and showroom cleanliness Maintain records of sales and customer preferences Follow up with customers via WhatsApp for feedback, promotions, and service reminders Requirements: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of motorcycles and accessories is a plus Ability to use billing software and WhatsApp for business communication Friendly attitude and customer-first approach Prior experience in retail or showroom sales is preferred
