Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and calm receptionist to manage the front desk of our physiotherapy clinic.

This role involves patient interaction, appointment coordination, and payment handling in a structured healthcare environment.

Proper training and clear step-by-step guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients politely and guide them through the clinic process

• Manage appointments and maintain smooth patient flow
• Explain consultation fees and next steps clearly
• Handle payments and maintain basic records
• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally

Who This Role Is For

• Candidates who are disciplined, punctual, and responsible
• Comfortable speaking with patients and explaining information clearly
• Willing to follow systems and clinic instructions

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge
• Gujarati & Hindi required (English basic)
• Experience in clinic or front desk work preferred (freshers may apply)

Working Hours

Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Evening: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
