Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Yadu's Jawai. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in visitors.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
