Job Description

Apollo Clinic is looking for a professional receptionist to manage their front desk operations and perform general basic tasks. This role involves welcoming guests, handling front-office responsibilities, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8000-₹20000 along with career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors while ensuring they are directed appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the right person in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area with necessary office supplies.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily speed post (letters & couriers) and deliveries efficiently.
  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage patient registration, update details accurately in the system, and verify documentation.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using the clinic management software.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and ensure it is welcoming at all times.
  • Collect consultation fees, prepare receipts, and assist with billing and payment processes.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies and protocols.
  • Assist with daily reporting, record maintenance, and administrative tasks as required.
  • Address patient concerns courteously and escalate issues to the Clinic Manager when necessary.
  • Manage visitor log and appointment schedule.
  • Perform basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, letter drafting (Hindi typing is a must), and record-keeping.

Job Requirements:

Applicants must have a diploma with 0.5-4 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent multitasking, and time-management skills are essential. A professional attitude, along with strong written and verbal communication skills in the Hindi language, is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
