Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable

  • Handle inquiries in person, by phone, and via email

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (e.g., issuing visitor badges)

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and ordering supplies

  • Support other departments as needed

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

    • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Professional attitude and appearance

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    • Customer service orientation
