About the Role: The Warehouse Manager will Plan, direct, and oversee the inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient shipping, inventory management, delivery coordination, and stock control. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, maintain a safe working environment, and continuously improve processes to enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Track, monitor, and control inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and reduce discrepancies. Overseeing inventory management by performing monthly system reconciliation, annual inventory count, and annual stock reconciliation. Warehouse Management: Surveilling daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, space utilization, floor efficiency, shipping, and order dispatch processes. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards. Logistics & Delivery: Plan and arrange deliveries, ensuring goods are packed properly and dispatched on time. Track the shipments, coordinate with the transporters, and ensure the shipments are picked up and delivered promptly. Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve workflow processes to achieve cost efficiency and timely delivery. ERP Updates: Accurately input and update records in the ERP system, ensuring seamless inventory and logistics tracking. Performance Monitoring: Assess and report on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
