Role & responsibilities Monitor and maintain all technical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for technical equipment and systems. Manage technical workflows, assign tasks, and track completion to ensure timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, servicing, and upgrades as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inventory for technical equipment. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in all operations. Train and mentor the technical team, promoting skill development and teamwork. Handle emergency situations efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring the safety of occupants. Preferred candidate profile Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). 1+ years of experience in managing technical operations in commercial office spaces. Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, and other technical systems. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using technical tools and software for maintenance management.
