We are seeking a friendly and motivated Receptionist (Fresher) to join our team. This role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. As a receptionist, you will help create a positive and professional impression of our company.
- Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
* Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to appropriate staff.
* Provide basic information to visitors and callers in a friendly manner.
* Maintain a neat and organized reception/front desk area.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
* Manage office supplies and front desk inventory when needed.
- Qualifications
* Any graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Good communication skills (verbal and written).
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel).
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
