Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain meeting room calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
Provide information and assistance to clients and staff as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Basic knowledge of office management procedures and practices.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
