The candidate should have for this role at  Nidhis Yoga Hub: Essential Qualities Excellent Communication Skills Confident in speaking politely with clients for renewals and follow-ups. Able to handle calls in both English and Gujarati/Hindi fluently. Strong written communication for messages, emails, and coordination Organized & Detail-Oriented Keeps track of memberships, renewal dates, attendance sheets, and staff schedules. Maintains data systematically (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM tools). Customer Relationship Management persuasive approach to convert renewals. Ability to handle complaints or issues calmly and professionally. Keeps a positive connection with all clients. Administrative & Multitasking Skills Can manage daily reports, attendance, and billing records. Coordinate between trainers, students, and management efficiently. Handle office supplies, scheduling, and branch coordination. Tech-Savvy & Data Handling Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software. Basic knowledge of social media (for handling inquiries or DMs). Team Coordination Able to assign tasks or relay instructions to staff. Maintain smooth communication between multiple branches. Sales & Follow-up Confidence Should not hesitate to make calls for renewals or new inquiries. Knows how to convince politely with a friendly, service-minded tone.  Personal TraitsPositive, energetic, and aligned with the yogic values of calmness and discipline. Trustworthy and discreet (handling student and payment data). Punctual, reliable, and proactive in taking responsibility. Quick learner who can adapt to your studio’s workflow. 🎯 Preferred ExperienceMinimum 1–2 years of admin or customer handling experience (fitness/yoga studio experience is a plus). Knowledge of basic accounting or billing will be an advantage. If possible, someone who has an interest in yoga or wellness (adds emotional connection to the job).
