Job Title: Receptionist Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh About the Role: We are seeking a personable and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for KT Industries. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees while efficiently managing front desk operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate departments Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes in accordance with security protocols Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, and appointments Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation as needed Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication flow Support management with travel arrangements and other administrative requirements Required Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Strong command of English (written and verbal) Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and handle high-volume interactions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, telephone systems) Knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages is an advantage
