Operating and setting up EDM Wire Cut machines to produce high-quality components. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and CNC programming to ensure precision. Monitoring machine operation and making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency. Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintaining the machinery and performing basic troubleshooting and reporting of significant machine malfunctions. Collaborating with maintenance or quality control teams as needed to ensure optimal performance. Candidates for this role should have a strong academic background in mechanical engineering or a related field, experience with CNC laser machinery, CAD/CAM software, and a commitment to safety and quality in the workplace.
