Key Responsibilities1. Reception & Guest Management Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Guide visitors to the appropriate person or department. Maintain visitor records, ID verification, and access control. 2. Administrative Support Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting room bookings. Assist with travel arrangements, courier services, and logistics. Handle office correspondence, filing, and record maintenance. Support HR and Admin teams in day-to-day tasks. 3. Customer Service & Coordination Address client/guest queries with courtesy and professionalism. Coordinate with other departments (HR, Housekeeping, Facilities, etc.) for smooth operations. Escalate issues and complaints to the concerned authority. 4. Office Management Ensure reception area and front office are clean, organized, and presentable. Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and place orders when necessary. Maintain confidentiality of company information and client data. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good telephone etiquette and professional grooming. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment handling. Positive attitude with customer-centric approach.
