Receptionist Cum Computer Operator

Job Summary We are looking for a smart, organized, and multi-talented Receptionist cum cumputer Operator for our growing media and production company. The ideal candidate should be presentable with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of front desk operations, advanced Excel, Tally accounting software, and basic billing and tax documentation. This position requires someone who can efficiently handle reception duties while also managing backend office and billing tasks. Key Responsibilities: 📞 Reception & Front Office DutiesGreet and assist all visitors, clients, and guests professionally. Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails; direct them appropriately. Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk environment. Coordinate with departments for scheduling appointments and meetings. Handle courier dispatch/receipts and maintain basic front office supplies. 📊 Administrative & Operational WorkPrepare and manage company data and reports using Advanced Excel. Maintain client and vendor data sheets, track project timelines, and update logs. Generate MIS reports, payment follow-up lists, and day-to-day entry logs. 💻 Accounts & Billing ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage cash bills, invoices, and expense reports. Maintain accounts in Tally (ERP) software. Track and record GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes. Coordinate with the accounts team for payments, receipts, and reconciliation. Assist in monthly financial reporting and filing document organization. Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Receptionist / Admin Executive / Billing Operator. Proficiency in Advanced Excel – formulas, data validation, pivot tables, etc. Working knowledge of Tally ERP (Mandatory). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organized, multitasking, and detail-oriented personality. Comfortable working in a media/production environment. Graduation in Commerce/Business Admin or relevant field preferred.
