Job Summary : We are seeking energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our dynamic team in the Production and Media industry. As a telecaller, your primary responsibility will be cold-calling potential clients and generating leads for our services such as advertising, media production, branding, and promotional content. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a goal-driven attitude. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using a provided database or leads. Pitch company services (e.g., video production, ad shoots, digital branding, media campaigns) to clients. Understand client needs and effectively communicate service offerings. Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up meetings or demos for the sales team. Maintain a daily record of calls, follow-ups, and responses in CRM or Excel. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Handle basic objections and queries from prospective clients professionally. Coordinate with the internal sales and creative team for project requirements. Requirements:12th pass or Graduate in any stream. Previous experience in telecalling or BPO sales preferred (freshers welcome with good communication). Confident and clear verbal communication skills.
