Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the front desk, take calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as needed.
  • Maintain visitor registers and ensure proper check-in/check-out protocols.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, emails, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support internal teams with front-office needs.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills

    (spoken & written).
  • Corporate front-desk experience is mandatory.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email drafting).
  • Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong customer service approach and positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1-4 years of experience as a Receptionist/Front Office Executive in a corporate environment.
