Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in billing or reception roles.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and responding to queries.
Generate bills and consolidate day-end reports accurately and efficiently.
Handle ECG-related tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of billing processes, day-end report consolidation, and ECG procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
Proficient in using computer software applications, particularly relevant medical systems.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
