Billing Generation, Answering call, Day end report consolidation,

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling walk-in visitors.
Handle billing and patient payments with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of patient information, medical history, and treatment plans.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
