Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Ahmedabad. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling telephonic and in-person inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and offering excellent customer service. Additional duties include providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations at the clinic.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills, including record management and organizational proficiency
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in basic computer software and phone systems
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are advantageous
