Job Summary:We are seeking a professional, courteous, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front desk and administrative support, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver outstanding service to patients and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally. Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route appropriately. Schedule and confirm appointments using dental management software. Maintain an organized and clean reception area. Patient Coordination: Provide patients with clinic information, treatment policies, and payment options. Coordinate appointments for multiple practitioners and manage booking conflicts. Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments and treatment plans. Handle patient concerns and escalate complex issues to management. Administrative Duties: Verify patient insurance details and eligibility before appointments. Collect and process payments (cash, card, online). Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with data protection policies. Prepare daily reports for appointments, billing, and patient flow. Assist in managing inventory of front office supplies and forms. Corporate Liaison: Schedule group or block appointments for corporate clients. Generate and send invoices or reports for corporate billing as needed. Required Qualifications: Graduate or equivalent; additional certification in administration or healthcare is a plus. Minimum 1–2 years of receptionist or front-desk experience; dental or healthcare experience preferred. Proficient in dental or healthcare management software . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of billing processes.
