Role Summary:

  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls
  • Arrange employee travel and stay
  • Track office expenses and manage supplies
  • Ensure the reception area is neat and hygienic
  • Assist in document preparation and record-keeping
  • Support event coordination and internal meetings
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
  • Take part in skill development as needed

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication and MS Office skills
  • Well-organized, proactive, and professional
