Real Time Analyst

Khatabook is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive WFM Executive to manage and maintain reports related to inbound call operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and prior experience in generating and analyzing MIS reports in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inbound calls. Analyze call data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas. Coordinate with the call center/support team to ensure accurate data tracking. Create dashboards and reports using Excel. Ensure timely and error-free reporting to stakeholders. Work closely with the operations team to support data-driven decision-making. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in a call center or support function. ( Mandatory ) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must-have). Good communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
