A Real Estate Telecaller serves as the initial point of contact with potential clients, making outbound/inbound calls to generate leads, inform prospects about property listings, schedule site visits, and support the sales team, ultimately helping convert prospects into buyers or tenants .
Outbound & inbound calls: Reach out to prospects to introduce property listings and respond to incoming inquiries .
Lead generation & qualification: Identify potential clients, evaluate their interest, and nurture them through follow‑up calls .
Site-visit scheduling: Coordinate appointments between interested prospects and sales agents .
Property information: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of listings, prices, and local market trends to answer customer questions accurately .
CRM tracking: Log interactions, update lead status, and maintain detailed records in CRM systems .
Target attainment: Aim to meet or exceed daily/weekly call volumes and lead‑conversion targets .
Client rapport: Handle objections, provide solutions, and sustain good relationships through regular follow‑ups .
