Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Real Estate Team Lead. The Real Estate Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team of brokers, overseeing daily operations, developing strategies to meet sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring excellent service to clients. The role includes handling commercial real estate transactions and providing expert guidance to the team.
