Position Overview

Real Estate Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and site visits.
• Present and promote properties to prospective buyers with effective sales presentations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements to close deals successfully.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Keep updated with local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients and proper documentation of all transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or similar sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and real estate regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, Email).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
