Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential buyers and investors.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
• Stay updated on

  Dwarka Expressway & Gurgaon real estate trends

  and new project launches.
• Manage the complete transaction cycle from lead to closure.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Mandatory:

  Prior experience in Gurgaon real estate (Dwarka Expressway expertise is a strong plus).
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a performance-based setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).

• Note:

  Real Estate License is not required.
