Role Description We are looking for experienced and ambitious Real Estate Salespersons to join our team at Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon . This is a flexible role (full-time or part-time) with an incentive-based earning structure . You will manage client relationships, handle property transactions, and drive sales in one of NCR’s fastest-growing real estate markets. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with potential buyers and investors. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations. Stay updated on Dwarka Expressway & Gurgaon real estate trends and new project launches. Manage the complete transaction cycle from lead to closure. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Support the sales team in achieving targets. Qualifications Mandatory: Prior experience in Gurgaon real estate (Dwarka Expressway expertise is a strong plus). Strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a performance-based setup. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred, not mandatory). Note: Real Estate License is not required .
