Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. This role involves meeting clients, conducting on-site product demonstrations, and helping them make informed purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and schedule property visits.
• Conduct on-site project presentations and walkthroughs for prospective buyers, participate in business exhibitions.
• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and other details clearly.
• Follow up with clients and maintain relationships throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the CRM and marketing teams for lead updates and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in real estate or direct sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with in-person client interactions and fieldwork.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated personality.
