Team Management & Support

• Supervise, mentor, and guide sales executives to achieve targets.
• Allocate leads, monitor follow-ups, and conduct daily sales huddles.
• Build a high-performing, motivated sales team.

Client Handling & Closures

• Manage client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
• Negotiate effectively to achieve deal closures.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term client relationships.

Sales Performance & Reporting

• Achieve individual and team sales targets (monthly/quarterly).
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate performance reports.
• Share market intelligence on customer trends, pricing, and competition.

• Experience:

  5–10 years

  strictly in Real Estate Sales

  (Residential/Commercial).

• Skills:

  Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Tech:

  Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).

• Mindset:

  Self-driven, persuasive, and target-oriented.

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
