Key Responsibilities: Generate and convert leads through cold calling, site visits, and referrals. Conduct property showings and explain project features, pricing, and benefits to potential clients. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers. Guide buyers through the sales process, including documentation and legal formalities. Maintain and update CRM records and regular sales reports. Stay updated with local real estate trends, inventory, and competitor projects. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial) is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident, presentable, and customer-centric approach. Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools. Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally for site visits.
