Position Title: Sales Executive (Females Only) Salary: Upto 20,000 + Incentives Location: Mumbai (Office + Field Based) Industry: Real Estate Channel Partner Overview: As a Sales Executive at 4 Estates Realtors, you will drive residential and commercial property sales by working as a trusted channel partner for top developers in Mumbai. You will identify and qualify buyers, present projects, conduct site visits, and close deals while ensuring excellent client service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: - Generate leads through cold calling, social media, local networking, and referrals. - Follow up on marketing leads and fix meetings. 2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, coordinating with vendors and clients, preparing reports, handling statutory compliances, and working closely with the CA/CS team : Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily Accounting & Book keeping - Maintain accurate books for both 4 Estates & MD Interior in Tally/Zoho/other accounting software - Post and process journal entries, purchase/sales, expense entries, bank entries - Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and credit card transactions 2.
