Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive
Departments: 4 Estates Realtors & MD Interior Redefined LLPLocation: Mumbai (Head Office)Reporting To: Accounts Head / Founder

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations across our two business verticals - Real Estate and Interior Design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, coordinating with vendors and clients, preparing reports, handling statutory compliances, and working closely with the CA/CS team

: Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Accounting & Book keeping
- Maintain accurate books for both 4 Estates & MD Interior in Tally/Zoho/other accounting software- Post and process journal entries, purchase/sales, expense entries, bank entries- Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and credit card transactions

2. Client & Vendor Management
- Prepare and send invoices to clients- Follow up for payment collections- Process vendor payments and track pending dues- Maintain accurate ledger and ageing reports

3. GST, TDS & Compliance
- Ensure timely calculation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)- TDS deductions, challan payments, and quarterly return filing- Maintain records for audit and statutory compliances

4. Coordination with CA & CS
- Provide monthly accounting reports and data- Share documents for annual returns, audits, ROC filings- Assist in preparation of financial statements

5. Documentation & MIS
- Organize invoices, bills, receipts, tax records (digital & physical)- Maintain project-wise profit & loss statements- Generate reports for management review

Required Skills:
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas)- Strong organizational and communication skills- Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional coordination

Qualification & Experience:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent- 2 to 4 years of experience in accounts- Experience in real estate/interior firms preferred

Working Days & Timings: Working Days & Timings:
- 6 Days a week | 10 AM - 7 PM- Based at Mumbai office (some travel to project sites may be required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
