Maintain and update CRM records and regular sales reports. Stay updated with local real estate trends, inventory, and competitor projects. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial) is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident, presentable, and customer-centric approach. Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
