Key Responsibilities :- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Plan and execute sales strategies for Farmland /residential/commercial projects Generate revenue through direct sales, Handle walk-ins, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures Monitor daily sales activities, leads, and conversions Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
