Real Estate Sales Manager

You will be responsible for sales and marketing of residential sites/projects through all verticals. This includes handling the Sales and CRM teams, nurturing leads, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales. You will network with corporate, HNI, and other clients for project marketing and sales. Additionally, you will plan and implement strategies for new project launches, establish relationships with distribution partners, and assist the Strategy Team with pricing strategies. Market research, competition tracking, and analysis will also be part of your responsibilities.
