TrueVae is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead residential real estate sales and drive business growth. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Achieve monthly sales targets by managing lead follow-ups, site visits, and client conversions. - Strategize and execute marketing and sales initiatives for residential projects across multiple channels. - Build and nurture a strong network of corporate clients, HNIs, and channel partners. - Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for new project launches. - Manage end-to-end sales cycles including price negotiations, legal documentation, and client onboarding. - Ensure a seamless post-sales experience, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with top management on pricing, vendor inputs, project feedback, and market trends. - Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and distribution partners. - Advise clients on market conditions, mortgage options, legal formalities, and investment opportunities. - Drive team performance by creating a growth-focused and ethical sales culture. **Eligibility:** - Graduate/MBA with 3+ years of experience in residential real estate sales with a reputed developer or channel partner. - Proven track record in sales and business development. - Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills. - High levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.,
