Urgently Hiring for Real estate sales Manager // Experience required 2+ year // Immediate Joiner // Location - IHDP Business Park Noida sector 127 // Requirement's Good Communication skills Looking Presentable Good Knowledge of Real estate background immediate joiner   Key Responsibilities:   ·      Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. ·      Conduct property viewings, site visits, and meetings with clients. ·      Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. ·      Negotiate sales terms while ensuring client satisfaction. ·      Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. ·      Coordinate with developers, builders, and other stakeholders for property listings. ·      Maintain a strong database of clients and follow up regularly. ·      Participate in real estate expos, marketing campaigns, and promotional events.   Qualifications & Skills:   ·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). ·      Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role. ·      Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ·      Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. ·      Preferred Qualifications: ·      Experience in residential/commercial real estate sales. ·      Strong network and existing client base in the real estate market.
