Position- Real Estate Sales Manager Age – 26-35 Gender- Male Experience- 3-5 years Education – Should be Graduate Salary- 25K - 30K + Attractive incentives Location: Sector- 3, Noida Working: 6 days (Day Shift) Immediate Joiner/7 days Job Summary: - A Real Estate Sales Manager leads and supports a team to achieve sales target, develops sales strategies, manages client relationship. They also ensure agents have the necessary resources and training, and monitor market trends to adjust strategies effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1-Should have an experience of Leading a team and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their Sales target. 2- Driving business growth, setting goals and developing plans for business growth, and ensuring the company follows the right growth path. 3-Maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and meeting existing and potential clients. 4- Real Estate Sales Manager have strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals. 5- Provide training to new employees and provide ongoing Project details in Brief. 6- Preparing reports for management, including sales forecasts and progress updates. 7- He has to supervise, manage, and motivate team members daily. As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be the contact point for all team members. 8-You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
