• Working days- 6 Days , Week off- Monday

Responsibilities

• Business Development, New Clients acquisition, Lead Generation

• Deliver monthly Real Estate sales/revenue target assigned
• Lead a team of few sales executives (SEs)
• Prepare weekly reports of all client interactions with clear updates of all communications and actions
• Training and development of SEs to ensure that they are able to understand customer requirements, suggest appropriate solutions and close the final deal
• Monitor performance of SEs to ensure that they achieve the sales/revenue target
• Solve customer queries and problems and ensure a healthy working relationship with both clients and withing the organization

Skills required

• 4+ years of experience in real estate sector
• Result oriented team leader
• Passionate to achieve the Targets through self and team work
• Awareness of the latest real estate projects
